Happy Birthday!

It's the birthday of my favorite actress, the classiest lady to ever walk across a Broadway stage or Hollywood sound stage, the one that made it alright for woman to feel comfortable wearing pants...KATHARINE HEPBURN.


Thanks to TCM for showing four of her greatest films today: Holiday, Bringing Up Baby, The Philadelphia Story, and The Lion in Winter. (Ole TCM decided to go the Cary Grant co-star route today, instead of the Spencer Tracy trail.) I hope you can sit back, enjoy, and drink in her feisty spirit throughout the day.
